Rosen answered the phone when I called (bonus). He gave me an appointment for the same week (awesome). He showed up when he said he would (amazing). He didn’t charge me an arm and a leg to come “all the way out” to Bauline (shocking!). He didn’t give me a load of blather about codes, clearances and compliance (imagine!). He DID install the appliance efficiently, quickly and safely. And he also help me move the old stove downstairs. Great, cheerful service at a reasonable cost. Thanks Rosen!
